# The Employment Tribunals (Interest) Order (Amendment) Order 2013, Article 3: Amendment of the Employment Tribunals (Interest) Order 1990


In Article 3 of the Employment Tribunals (Interest) Order 1990 insert—
“(4) Notwithstanding paragraph (1), no interest shall be payable if payment of the full amount of the award (including any interest under regulation 2 of the Employment Tribunals (Interest on Awards in Discrimination Cases) Regulations 1996) is made within 14 days after the relevant decision day.”.
