  "text": "(This note is not part of the Regulations)\nThese Regulations amend the schedule to the Employment Zones Regulations 2000 (as substituted by the Employment Zones (Amendment) Regulations 2000) by adding, to the Doncaster employment zone, the district of Rotherham and, to the Brent employment zone, the London boroughs of Barnet, Camden and the City of Westminster.",
