# The Endangered Species (Import and Export) Act 1976 (Amendment) Order 1996, Article 1: Citation, commencement and interpretation


(1) This Order may be cited as the Endangered Species (Import and Export) Act 1976 (Amendment) Order 1996 and, except for article 5, shall come into force on 15th November 1996.
(2) Article 5 shall come into force on 16th November 1996.
(3) In this Order “the Act” means the Endangered Species (Import and Export) Act 1976.
