  "text": "The guaranteed annuity in respect of any benefice and the annual personal grant, if any, to which the incumbent of a benefice is entitled under section 2 of this Measure shall accrue from day to day and shall be payable (subject to any apportionment) by such instalments and on such days as the Commissioners may determine.",
