# The Energy Act 1983 (Commencement No. 1) Order 1983, Article 3


The following provisions of the Act, namely—
(a) sections 21 and 22,
(b) Part II,
(c) paragraph (b) of section 35 and section 37(3),
(d) Schedule 2, and
(e) Part II of Schedule 4,
shall come into force on 1st September 1983.
