  "text": "(1) This Act may be cited as the Energy Act 1983.\n(2) The following provisions of this Act, namely—\n(a) Part I (except paragraph 11 of Schedule 2), and\n(b) Part I of Schedule 4,\ndo not extend to Northern Ireland; but otherwise this Act does extend there.",
