# The Energy Act 2004 (Commencement No. 7) Order 2006

This Order brings into force on 14th August 2006 the provisions of the Energy Act 2004 listed in the Schedule to this Order. The remaining provisions will be brought into force by subsequent orders.

Made 21st July 2006
The Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 198(2) of the Energy Act 2004:

## 1 Citation

This Order may be cited as the Energy Act 2004 (Commencement No. 7) Order 2006.

## 2 Commencement

The provisions of the Energy Act 2004 specified in the Schedule shall come into force on 14th August 2006.
