# The Energy Act 2004 (Commencement No. 7) Order 2006, Note: Explanatory note


(This note is not part of the Order)
This Order brings into force on 14th August 2006 the provisions of the Energy Act 2004 listed in the Schedule to this Order. The remaining provisions will be brought into force by subsequent orders.
