# The Energy Act 2004 (Commencement No. 8) Order 2007, Article 2: Commencement


The following provisions shall come into force on 6th April 2007—
(a) section 182 of the Energy Act 2004; and
(b) paragraph 7 of Schedule 16 to that Act.
