  "text": "(1) Section 64 (interpretation of Part 1) is amended as follows.\n(2) In subsection (1), for the definition of “transmit” substitute—\n““transmission”, in relation to electricity, has the meaning given by section 4(4) above;\n“transmission system” has the same meaning given by section 4(4) above;”.\n(3) Before subsection (2) insert—\n“(1B) In this Part, references to participation, in relation to the transmission of electricity, are to be construed in accordance with section 4(3A) and (3B) above.”",
