  "text": "As soon as practicable after the holding of a general meeting of a transferee company which, at the time of the meeting, is wholly-owned by the Crown, a Minister of the Crown must lay before Parliament a copy of—\n(a) all accounts which, in accordance with a requirement of the Companies Act 2006, are laid before the company at that meeting, and\n(b) all documents which are annexed or attached to those accounts.",
