  "heading": "The Nuclear Decommissioning Authority",
  "text": "(1) There shall be a body corporate to be known as the Nuclear Decommissioning Authority (“the NDA”).\n(2) The NDA is not to be treated—\n(a) except so far as necessary for the purposes of its function under section 7(2), as performing any duty or exercising any power on behalf of the Crown; or\n(b) as enjoying any status, immunity or privilege of the Crown;\nand the NDA’s property is not to be regarded as property of the Crown, or as held on behalf of the Crown.",
