  "text": "In this Chapter—\n“controlled place” has the meaning given by section 2(4);\n“gas” has the meaning given by section 2(4);\n“installation” includes any floating structure or device maintained on a station by whatever means;\n“licence”, except where the context otherwise requires, means a licence under section 4, and “licence holder” is to be construed accordingly.\n“the OGA” means the Oil and Gas Authority.",
