  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order brings into force on 16th July 2012 sections 18 to 23 of the Energy Act 2010 (which confer power on the Secretary of State to modify electricity generation licences in order to restrict or prevent licence holders from obtaining excessive benefits by the exploitation of electricity trading and transmission arrangements), and paragraphs 7 and 8 of the Schedule to that Act (which make consequential amendments to the Electricity Act 1989).\nAll other provisions of the Energy Act 2010 are already in force by virtue of section 38(1) and (3) of that Act.",
