  "long_title": "Article 2 of this Order brings into force for all remaining purposes certain provisions of Chapter 1 of Part 1 of the Energy Act 2011 (which relates to the green deal). These are sections 1, 2, 4, 5, 7 to 9 and 11 (which deal with green deal plans), sections 12, 13, 14(1) to (5) and 14(9) (which deal with disclosure of a green deal plan and related matters), and section 29 (which deals with early repayment of green deal finance). These provisions were brought into force for certain purposes by the Energy Act 2011 (Commencement No 1 and Saving) Order 2012 (S.I. 2012/873 (C.24)).",
