  "text": "The following provisions of Chapter 1 of Part 1 of the Act (green deal) come into force on 28th January 2013 for all purposes for which they are not already in force—\n(a) sections 1 and 2 (green deal plans);\n(b) sections 4, 5, 7 to 9 and 11 (green deal plan);\n(c) sections 12, 13, 14(1) to (5) and 14(9) (disclosure of green deal plans etc);\n(d) section 29 (early repayment of green deal finance).",
