  "text": "The following provisions of the Act come into force on 10th March 2014 —\n(a) section 71;\n(b) section 77 (including Schedule 7);\n(c) section 90(1) to (4);\n(d) section 93(2) to (5);\n(e) sections 109 and 110;\n(f) section 116(1) but only for the purposes of giving effect to the following provisions of Schedule 12—\n(i) paragraph 15(13);\n(ii) paragraphs 54 to 56;\n(iii) paragraph 72;\n(iv) paragraph 75;\n(v) paragraph 90;\n(vi) paragraph 102.",
