  "text": "(1) Section 4 (powers of entry in relation to Additional Protocol information) is repealed.\n(2) Sub-paragraph (1) does not affect the power in section 12(4) of the Nuclear Safeguards Act 2000 to extend section 4 of that Act outside the United Kingdom.",
