  "heading": "Capacity market rules: further provision",
  "text": "(1) Capacity market rules may—\n(a) include incidental, supplementary and consequential provision;\n(b) make transitory or transitional provision or savings;\n(c) make different provision for different cases or circumstances or for different purposes;\n(d) make provision subject to exceptions.\n(2) A power to make capacity market rules includes a power to amend, add to or remove capacity market rules (and a person exercising such a power may amend, add to or remove provision in capacity market rules made by another person).\n(3) But subsection (2) is subject to provision made by electricity capacity regulations.",
