# Energy Act 2016, Paragraph 37


(1) Paragraph 8 is amended as follows.
(2) In sub-paragraph (1)—
(a) for “Secretary of State” (in both places) substitute “ OGA ”, and
(b) for “he” substitute “ it ”.
(3) In sub-paragraph (2)—
(a) for “Secretary of State” substitute “ OGA ”,
(b) for “he” (in the first place) substitute “ it ”, and
(c) in paragraph (b), for the words following “notice in” substitute “ such manner as it considers appropriate ”.
