# Energy Act 2016, Paragraph 70


(1) Section 88 (enforcement) is amended as follows.
(2) In subsection (1), for “Secretary of State” (in each place) substitute “ OGA ”.
(3) In subsection (9), for “Secretary of State” substitute “ OGA ”.
