# Energy Act 2016, Paragraph 11


(1) Section 41 (offences: general) is amended as follows.
(2) In subsection (1)—
(a) after “section” insert “ 28A, ”, and
(b) after “33,” insert “ 36A, ”.
(3) In subsection (2)—
(a) after “section” insert “ 28A, ”, and
(b) after “33,” insert “ 36A, ”.
(4) In subsection (3)—
(a) after “section” insert “ 28A, ”, and
(b) after “33,” insert “ 36A, ”.
(5) In subsection (5), after “section” insert “ 28A, 36A or ”.
