  "text": "(1) Section 42 (validity of Secretary of State's acts) is amended as follows.\n(2) In subsection (2), after paragraph (e) insert—\n“(ea) the giving of a notice under section 36A(2);”.\n(3) In subsection (5), after paragraph (e) insert—\n“(ea) in relation to the giving of a notice under section 36A(2), means the requirements of section 36A(6);”.",
