  "text": "(1) Section 105 of the Utilities Act 2000 (general restrictions on disclosure of information) is amended as follows.\n(2) In subsection (1)(a), after “Part 1 of the Energy Act 2023” (inserted by paragraph 5(a) of Schedule 5 to this Act) insert “or Part 5 of that Act”.\n(3) In subsection (4), after paragraph (ba) insert—\n“(bb) for the purpose of facilitating the performance by the Independent System Operator and Planner of any of its functions;”.\n(4) In subsection (10), at the appropriate place insert—\n““the Independent System Operator and Planner” means the person for the time being designated under section 162(1) of the Energy Act 2023;”.",
