  "text": "The powers conferred on the GEMA by paragraphs 4, 6, 7, 8 and 11 in relation to a particular qualifying document expire—\n(a) when the document becomes a designated document, or\n(b) if earlier, at the end of the period of 7 years after the day on which this Act is passed.",
