  "text": "(1) The GEMA may direct a person who holds relevant pensions information to provide it to the GEMA.\n(2) “Pensions information” means specified information that—\n(a) relates to pensions or other benefits under a qualifying pension scheme, or\n(b) relates to the administration of a qualifying pension scheme in respect of pensions or other benefits under the scheme.\n(3) A person to whom a direction is given under sub-paragraph (1) must, so far as reasonably practicable, provide the specified pensions information—\n(a) within the specified period, and\n(b) in the specified form and manner.\n(4) A direction under sub-paragraph (1) is enforceable by the GEMA in civil proceedings—\n(a) for an injunction,\n(b) for specific performance of a statutory duty under section 45 of the Court of Session Act 1988, or\n(c) for any other appropriate remedy or relief.\n(5) In this paragraph, “specified” means specified in the direction.",
