In paragraph 14—
(a) in sub-paragraph (4), for “operational purposes” substitute “construction, commissioning or operational purposes”;
(b) in sub-paragraph (6), after paragraph (a) insert—
“(aa) a delivery body,
(ab) a contract counterparty,”.
