  "text": "(1) Section 105 of the Utilities Act 2000 (general restrictions on disclosure of information) is amended as follows.\n(2) In subsection (3), after paragraph (ac) insert—\n“(ad) it is made for the purpose of facilitating any functions of the Authority, a delivery body or a contract counterparty (within the meaning of Part 1 of the 1989 Act) under regulations under section 6C of that Act;”.",
