# Energy Act 2023, Paragraph 15: Civil Contingencies Act 2004

(1) Schedule 1 to the Civil Contingencies Act 2004 (category 1 and 2 responders) is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph 19, in sub-paragraph (2)—
(a) omit the “and” after paragraph (b);
(b) after paragraph (c) insert
“, and
(d) an MPI licence.”
(3) In paragraph 30, in sub-paragraph (2)—
(a) omit the “and” after paragraph (b);
(b) after paragraph (c) insert
“, and
(d) an MPI licence.”
