  "text": "In this Part—\n“company” means—\n(a)a company registered under the Companies Act 2006, or\n(b)an unregistered company;\n“heat network administration order” has the meaning given by paragraph 48;\n“heat network administrator” has the meaning given by paragraph 48;\n“non-GB company” means a company incorporated outside Great Britain;\n“non-NI company” means a company incorporated outside Northern Ireland;\n“unregistered company” means a company that is not registered under the Companies Act 2006.",
