  "text": "In section 105 (general restrictions on disclosure of information)—\n(a) in subsection (1)(a), after “Energy Prices Act 2022” insert “or Part 1 of the Energy Act 2023”;\n(b) in subsection (3), after paragraph (azc) insert—\n“(azd) it is made for the purpose of facilitating the performance of any functions of the Authority under or by virtue of Part 1 of the Energy Act 2023;”;\n(c) in subsection (6), at the end insert—\n“(z1) Part 1 of the Energy Act 2023.”",
