  "heading": "Transfer of property, rights and liabilities",
  "text": "(1) The transfer of designated property, rights and liabilities under a transfer scheme takes effect on the date (or dates) specified in or determined in accordance with the scheme.\n(2) Sub-paragraph (1) has effect notwithstanding any provision (whether under an enactment or agreement or otherwise) that would otherwise prevent or restrict the transfer.\n(3) The things that may be transferred under a transfer scheme include—\n(a) rights, powers, duties and liabilities under or in connection with a contract of employment (see paragraph 4);\n(b) property, rights and liabilities that could not otherwise be transferred;\n(c) property acquired, and rights and liabilities arising, after the making of the scheme;\n(d) criminal liabilities.",
