  "text": "In this Chapter—\n“low-carbon heat scheme” has the meaning given by section 143(2);\n“low-carbon heat target” has the meaning given by section 143(3);\n“primary legislation” means—\n(a) an Act,\n(b) an Act of the Scottish Parliament,\n(c) a Measure or Act of Senedd Cymru, or\n(d) Northern Ireland legislation;\n“relevant heating appliance” has the meaning given by section 143(3);\n“scheme participant” has the meaning given by section 144(2);\n“scheme regulations” has the meaning given by section 143(6).",
