  "text": "(1) Schedule 15 contains amendments of the Electricity Act 1989 in connection with enabling competitive tendering for electricity projects.\n(2) The power conferred by section 330(1) (consequential provision) includes, in particular, power to amend provision inserted in the Electricity Act 1989 by Schedule 15 where the amendment is consequential on the coming into force of paragraph 4 of Schedule 11.",
