  "heading": "Heat Network Zones Authority",
  "text": "(1) Zones regulations may designate a person to act as the Heat Network Zones Authority (referred to in this Chapter as “the Authority”).\n(2) The purpose of the Authority is to carry out functions in relation to heat network zones conferred on it by zones regulations.\n(3) The Secretary of State may, but need not, be designated for the purposes of subsection (1).\n(4) Zones regulations may provide for the Authority to delegate any of its functions to persons specified in the regulations.",
