  "heading": "Application of relevant pensions legislation",
  "text": "(1) The Secretary of State may by regulations make—\n(a) such provision about the application of relevant pensions legislation in relation to persons of a specified description, or\n(b) such amendments of relevant pensions legislation,\nas the Secretary of State considers appropriate for the purposes of or in connection with the amendment of a relevant nuclear pension scheme in pursuance of regulations under section 311.\n(2) In this section—\n“relevant pensions legislation” means—\n(a) Schedule 8 to the Energy Act 2004 (pensions), or\n(b) regulations made under Schedule 14 or 15 to the Electricity Act 1989 (the Electricity Supply Pension Scheme etc);\n“specified” means specified in regulations under subsection (1).",
