  "text": "(1) In this Act—\n“the Authority” means the Northern Ireland Authority for Utility Regulation;\n“the Department” means the Department of Enterprise, Trade and Investment;\n“gas conveyor” means the holder of a licence under Article 8(1)(a) of the Gas Order;\n“gas supplier” means the holder of a licence under Article 8(1)(c) of the Gas Order;\n“the Gas Order” means the Gas (Northern Ireland) Order 1996 (NI 2).\n(2) Any other word or expression used—\n(a) in Part 1, or\n(b) in Part 2 (so far as relating to gas),\nwhich is defined in Article 2 or 3 of the Gas Order has the same meaning as in Part 2 of the Gas Order.",
