  "text": "Where under the 1986 Act, the 2004 Act, Schedule B1 to the 1986 Act or the Rules, a document of any description is to be sent to a person (whether or not as a member of a class of persons to whom that same document is to be sent), it may be sent as an accompaniment to any other document or information which the person is to receive, with or without modification or adaptation of the form applicable to that document.",
