# The Energy Administration Rules 2005, Article 57: Debt payable at future time

Extent: E+W

A creditor may prove for a debt of which payment was not yet due on the date when the protected energy company entered energy administration, subject to Rule 73 (adjustment of dividend where payment made before time).
