# The Energy Administration Rules 2005, Article 71: Disqualification from dividend

Extent: E+W

If a creditor contravenes any provision of the 1986 Act or the Rules relating to the valuation of securities, the court may, on the application of the energy administrator, order that the creditor be wholly or partly disqualified from participation in any dividend.
