Rule 38 Application of Part and general

This Part applies where the energy administrator makes, or proposes to make, a distribution to creditors or any class of them.

Where the distribution is to a particular class of creditors, references in this Part (except in rule 41(5)(c)) to creditors shall, in so far as the context requires, be a reference to that class of creditors only.

This Part and Part 5 apply with regard to a dividend out of the assets of the protected energy company in energy administration.
