# The Energy Information (Amendment) Regulations 2018, Regulation 4: Amendment of regulation 3 (scope)


(1) For regulation 3(1), substitute—
“(1) These Regulations apply to energy-related products.”.
(2) In regulation 3(2)—
(a) in sub-paragraph (a), after “products”, insert “unless they are imported from a third country”;
(b) omit sub-paragraph (c).
