  "text": "(This note is not part of the Regulations)\nThis instrument amends the Energy Information Regulations 2011 (S.I. 2011/1524) in relation to household combined washer-dryers, household washing machines, household dishwashers, household refrigerating appliances and electronic displays. It substitutes new Commission Delegated Regulations into the list of EU measures in Schedule 1 to the Energy Information Regulations 2011 which allows them to be enforced by the market surveillance authorities.\nA full impact assessment has not been produced for this instrument as no, or no significant, impact on the private, voluntary or public sector is foreseen.",
