# The Energy Information (Amendment) Regulations 2020, Regulation 2: Amendment of the Energy Information Regulations 2011


(1) The table set out in paragraph 1 of Schedule 1 (EU measures) to the Energy Information Regulations 2011 is amended as follows.
(2) For the entry relating to household combined washer-driers, substitute—
“
Household combined washer-dryers
Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2019/2014 of 11 March 2019 supplementing Regulation (EU) 2017/1369 of the European Parliament and of the Council with regard to energy labelling of household washing machines and household washer-dryers and repealing Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) No 1061/2010 and Commission Directive 96/60/EC
Articles 3(1)(a) and (b) and 10 of Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2019/2014 apply from 23rd November 2020; all other Articles of that Regulation apply from 1 March 2021
”.
(3) For the entry relating to household washing machines, in the second row for Columns 2 and 3, substitute—
“

(5) For the entry relating to household refrigerators, freezers and their combinations, in the second row for Columns 2 and 3, substitute—
