  "text": "ENERGY CONSERVATION\nMade 11th June 1999\nLaid before Parliament 17th June 1999\nComing into force 8th July 1999\nThe Secretary of State, being a Minister designated for the purposes of section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 1972 in relation to measures relating to energy labelling and standard product information for household products, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 2(2) of that Act and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations–",
