Regulation 13 Transitional provisions
Nothing in these Regulations shall apply to:
(a)
the supply (whether to a dealer or another person) of a regulated dishwasher;
(b)
any printed communication within the meaning of regulation 10 (printed communications) distributed to potential purchasers; or
(c)
the display of any regulated dishwasher
before 31st July 1999.
