  "long_title": "These Regulations implement the requirements of Directive 2010/30/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council on the indication by labelling and standard product information of the consumption of energy and other resources by energy-related products (OJ L 153, 18.6.2010, p1). They also implement elements of the market surveillance Regulation (EC) No 765/2008 of the European Parliament and of the Council setting out the requirements for accreditation and market surveillance relating to the marketing of products and repealing Regulation (EEC) No 339/93 (“RAMS”) (OJ L 128 13.8.2008, p 30). They give effect to any EU measures which are made pursuant to the Directive.",
