  "text": "A final notice must include—\n(a) a statement that the product has been tested and has failed to comply with a product-specific measure;\n(b) details of the tests carried out;\n(c) the amount to be paid and the period within which the payment must be made which must not be less than 28 days;\n(d) a detailed breakdown of the testing costs incurred;\n(e) information as to—\n(i) how payment must be made;\n(ii) the consequences of failing to comply with the notice within the specified period;\n(iii) rights of appeal.",
