# The Energy Information Regulations 2011, Paragraph 6: Contents of final notice

Extent: E+W+S

A final notice must include—
(a) a statement that the product has been tested and has failed to comply with a product-specific measure;
(b) details of the tests carried out;
(c) the amount to be paid and the period within which the payment must be made which must not be less than 28 days;
(d) a detailed breakdown of the testing costs incurred;
(e) information as to—
(i) how payment must be made;
(ii) the consequences of failing to comply with the notice within the specified period;
(iii) rights of appeal.
