  "text": "(1) This Part has effect in relation to the enforcement of—\n(a) relevant conditions of gas and electricity licences and exemptions; and\n(b) relevant requirements .\n(c) . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .\n(2) In this Part—\n“regulated person” means any person who is—\n(a)a licence holder; ...\n(b)an exemption holder ;or\n(c)a regional co-ordination centre;\n“relevant conditions” means—\n(a)in relation to any licence holder, any condition of his licence;\n(b)in relation to any exemption holder, any condition of his exemption.\n“relevant requirement” has the meaning given to it in Articles 41A and 41B.",
